Filter Subscription Terms

Each shipment contains one complete replacement filter set for the LifeWell S20: the PAC cartridge, the ultrafiltration cartridge and the carbon block cartridge. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States and orders are shipped by LifeWell. A one-time filter set at $129.95 is always available on the filters page if you would rather not subscribe.

• $99.95 per shipment, plus any applicable sales tax.
• Billed every 6 months, on the same calendar day as your first order.
• The first charge is taken when you place the order and the first set ships immediately.
• Each later charge is taken on the renewal date and that set ships within 1 to 2 business days.
• Payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method saved with your subscription.

The subscription renews automatically every 6 months and continues until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. At checkout we show the recurring price, the interval and the automatic renewal next to the purchase button, and you confirm you understand it before the order goes through.

We email a reminder to the address on your order before each renewal charge. The reminder states the amount, the date we will charge it and a direct link to cancel or change the plan. If a payment fails, we email you and retry; if it keeps failing, the subscription pauses rather than shipping unpaid orders.

If the subscription price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and the notice tells you the current price, the new price and the date it takes effect. You can cancel before that date and never be charged the new amount. Your price never changes without that notice.

Cancel online at any time. Go to the order status page, open your subscription and follow the manage link to cancel in a few clicks. No phone call and no email are required.

• A cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges.
• Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged for the next shipment.
• If a shipment has already been charged, you keep it, or return it under the returns policy.
• You can restart the plan later at the price shown on the filters page at that time.

If you have any trouble cancelling online, email support@lifewellshop.com and we will cancel it for you and confirm in writing.

Filter shipments are covered by the Returns Policy: 30 days from delivery, free return shipping, no restocking fee. Installed cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but a defective or incorrect cartridge is replaced or refunded at any time.

We may update these subscription terms. If a change affects your billing or your rights, we email you before it takes effect. The version in force when a charge is taken governs that charge. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
